Thank you for everyone following along as I begin my time with the world race! In September, I am leaving for 11 months and traveling to Guatemala, Albania, Greece, Turkey, Nepal, and South Asia, to serve the Lord in a variety of capacities! I chose to sign up for this trip because God has placed ministry on my heart, and I wanted to see if international missions is something that he is calling me to. I have been praying for years about going on a trip like this, never quite feeling in my spirit like the time was right. But this year, some things aligned for me in my personal life making me more able to walk away from my normal activities for a year. After some prayer, I felt God releasing me to pursue this opportunity to serve him. I am so excited for what God has in store for me as I spend the next 11 months serving Him in the nations through various opportunities such as partnering alongside long term missionaries and organizations, and learning more about God's heart for the nations.

The next several months before I leave will be packed and busy! I will be working to raise about 20,000 dollars for this mission trip, as I continue to work part time as a dental hygienist and spend the rest of my work week working in ministry. My mind and heart will be occupied and busy, but I am beyond thankful for the opportunity to do both of these things that are so important to me before I leave. And I am leaning into the Lord and learning to trust Him more fully in the process.

You can check here for updates and ways I see God working as I prepare to obey him and his call on my life.

Thanks for your prayers!
